Coronation Street heartbreak for Adam and Sarah as they face pregnancy scare

-

Adam and Sarah Barlow from Coronation Street are working through their marriage after she had a brief affair with Damon Hay, but the baby is expected to cause them yet another setback.

Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson), who had agreed to work on their marriage, was taken aback when Sarah Barlow (Tina O’Brien), who was pregnant but unsure of the father, discovered it.

According to official spoilers, Adam admits to putting out a hit on Damon and Sarah experiences a terrifying pregnancy scare, so the Coronation Street couple is about to experience yet another setback in their relationship.

The Gazette, which reports that one of the brothers with whom Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) was associated has been arrested for the murder of a local gangster, is shown to Adam by Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) in upcoming scenes.

Adam’s face starts to bleed as he realizes what he did a week ago and fears Damon might be the victim.

Josie, the boss of Owen Longford (Ben Hull), is shocked by Sarah’s Nippersnapper pitch and declares that she is willing to sign and proceed with the contract in another location.

When Sarah discovers Adam scrolling through her phone, her joy is short-lived. Sarah is overjoyed and rushes home to tell Adam the good news.

Adam admits to doing something stupid as he tells her he needs to know if she had heard from Damon after being caught off guard and flustered.

He admits that he went alone to talk to a local gangster because he wanted Damon out of their lives permanently, but now Damon might be dead.

Nevertheless, Sarah tells Adam that she is bleeding and is concerned about losing the baby because she is unable to focus on what he has just said to her.

As Sarah undergoes a scan at the hospital, Adam holds her hand and they both wish for a positive outcome.

Adam rejects Sarah’s attempts to bring up the paternity test and instead chooses to discuss the infant’s wellbeing.

Adam confides in Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) about the pregnancy scare after returning home from the hospital.

Even if Damon is the father, Daniel thinks it will be difficult to insist on an abortion, causing Adam to become anxious and irritable before rushing off to court. Adam then becomes upset with his brother.

However, as he presents his client’s case, he starts to perspire, shake, and lose focus before bolting from the courtroom.

As Adam struggles to overcome a full-blown panic attack, Dee-Dee Bailey (Shannique Sterling-Brown) is shocked and concerned.

Later, when he has calmed down, Adam tells Daniel that he has planned to tell their families about Sarah’s pregnancy at a later time.

After their scare and while they are still awaiting the paternity test results, Sarah worries and tells Adam that it is too soon to announce the pregnancy.

When Adam claims to have recently won a significant court case, the Platts and the Barlows, who had gathered for the big announcement, are left unimpressed.

Daniel quickly realizes his error of judgment as he makes a toast to the newborn after arriving late.

Will Adam and Sarah reveal the pregnancy news as intended?

Will Daniel be able to turn the situation around and claim Daisy Midgeley’s (Charlotte Jordan) pregnancy as his own?
