Although it appears he is still playing mind games with the influencer, stalker Justin (Andrew Still) in Coronation Street earlier this year dramatically upended Daisy Midgeley’s (Charlotte Jordan) life.
Justin was scheduled to appear in court for attacking Daisy in Victoria Garden, according to recent Corrie scenes.
Viewers will recall that Craig Tinker, a local police officer, caught Justin attacking Daisy during a sting operation that Daisy and her partner Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) set up.
Daisy was shocked to learn that Justin had admitted to the assault after the plea hearing even though he had already pled not guilty to the acid attack that had severely burned Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott).
The judge further complicated matters by delaying Daisy’s punishment until after the acid attack trial, keeping her in the dark.

Given that he had previously been able to get around the stalking prevention order, Daisy was left wondering if Justin actually believed he had a decent chance of being found not guilty of the acid attack after hearing of his surprise plea.
Daniel made an effort to ease her anxiety by telling her that he was only looking for a way to spend more time with her and that she shouldn’t worry about it too much.
Later, when it became apparent that she was still worried about it, Daniel said, “I’ve been thinking about it,”
He stated that it’s likely Justin didn’t want to admit to anyone—let alone himself—that he was the one who had committed such a horrific murder.

He compared it to Bertie taking Daisy’s pricey lipstick and vehemently denying it, even though the proof was all over his face.
Daisy finally conceded that he was correct and that she was probably simply thinking too much.
However, it soon became apparent that someone was observing them as they left to pick up Bertie.
