Coronation Street’s Daisy Midgeley is caught between two men on the ITV soap, with fans desperate to know who she will end up with.
Coronation Street actor Ryan Prescott has hinted at who Daisy Midgeley (played by Charlotte Jordan) ends up with on the ITV soap.
Daisy has been falling for Ryan Connor after they were part of a traumatic acid attack at the hands of her stalker Justin Rutherford (Andrew Still).
While Daisy is still engaged to Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), the actor who plays Ryan has opened up on whether he believes Daisy and Ryan might get together after all.
“There’s definitely a chance, he’s rooting for it,” the 34-year-old soap star began.
“When you’ve been through an extremely violent situation with someone, it bonds you together.
So there’s always this silent bond between Ryan and Daisy and I think we get to expand on that a little bit,” he told Digital Spy.
“Ryan is pretty much falling in love with Daisy, although it’s the last thing that he wants to admit to himself. That becomes part of his denial.”
The actor also said the potential romance would put them men in a very awkward situation as Ryan respects Daniel.
