Since Jackson’s return to Weatherfield earlier this year, viewers of Coronation Street have watched Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) slowly begin to feel romantic feelings for him. Even though they agreed to wed Craig Tinker (Colson Smith), there will be heartache for one of the men, according to official spoilers.
ITV soap opera viewers this year saw Faye in disbelief after learning that her estranged daughter Miley (Frankie-Jae Simmonds) and ex-husband Jackson had returned to the UK.
Despite having recently decided to marry Craig, she decided to get back involved in their lives, and it was evident that old feelings began to resurface as she reconnected with Jackson.
However, it appears that Faye finally decides who she wants to be with in scenes that will air next week.
Later, Craig suggests that if they get married, they buy a flat together while still doing his best to reassure Faye that he would never report her to the police.
Faye begins to feel very trapped when Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) says he’s relieved she chose Craig.

Faye is invited to go on one last family outing before Jackson and Miley move to Slough, but she is unable to go because it is too much for her.
Instead, she confides in Mikey North’s character Gary Windass that she wishes she could be with Jackson.
Although she acknowledges that she sometimes feels compelled to stay with Craig because he may know something that could land her in jail once more.
They stop by to take some family pictures with Faye, Craig, Tim, and Sally before Jackson and Miley depart.

Faye finds it difficult to maintain composure as Miley explains that she will use the pictures to create an album to remember them all.
Craig, on the other hand, is aware of her feelings and can tell how devastated she is about losing her daughter.
Later, Craig advises Faye to travel to Slough if she really wants to live with them both as a family.
Craig watches the car leave Weatherfield, heartbroken, as Faye walks up to it, her case already packed, and drives off.

Sally feels bad for Craig and calls the factory with some pieces that Faye forgot, inviting him to join them for dinner that night.
Sally advises Craig and Tim to find a shared interest to divert them since she can see them both upset over Faye’s exit.
Although Craig was completely destroyed, could this cause him to spiral downward?
