Elle Mulvaney, who plays Amy Barlow on Coronation Street, thinks she must be the “problem” now that James Craven has left the cobblestones.
Star of the ITV soap opera Coronation Street Elle Mulvaney said she’s beginning to believe she’s to blame after a third co-star abruptly left the show.
Recently, the actress took on a difficult narrative in which her character Amy Barlow was sexually assaulted by Aaron Sandford (played by James Craven).
Elle and the rest of the cast bid James farewell after they had worked together closely. Three of Elle’s close co-stars have left the show, and he is one of them.
Recently, Ellie Leach from Faye Windass and Jacob Hay from the soap opera both left the cobblestones.
That’s the thing, Elle said, “When people leave, it’s bittersweet, but I’m just so excited to see what they do and where they go next.

However, it’s also like, ‘Oh I don’t want you to leave, I’m losing a friend,’ at the same time.
“I feel like I’ve been dropping like flies lately, like Jack left, James left, Ellie left. I believe I am the source of the issue.
The 20-year-old extolled the virtues of her co-stars in an interview with The Daily Star, saying, “James is an absolute gem.
“He is the most kind-hearted person I have ever met. Everyone I know who has met him extols his virtues.

I haven’t heard anyone at work say anything bad about him; they all adored him. It has been very difficult to watch him leave.
Elle said they were “really close” and paid tribute to Ellie, who had played Faye for 12 years.
“When I heard she was leaving, I was shocked. She’s been here as long as I have, so are you insane?,” she acknowledged.
At the age of just seven, Elle made her Coronation Street debut in 2010.
The actress has been a part of some significant storylines as the daughter of Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and Tracey Barlow (Kate Ford), from helping her father cope with the tragic death of his son Oliver Battersby (Emmanuel and Jeremiah Cheetham) to Amy’s most recent rape ordeal.
