Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) is one of EastEnders’ most dreadful villains. He was a notoriously violent man who had previously done 20 years in prison for murder.
Could he murder his own kid, Vinny (Shiv Jalota), in subsequent scenes to go even further?
Nish comes down hard on Vinny when he botches a deal before leaving to try to make things right.
According to actor Shiv Jalota, “Vinny desperately wants to prove to his dad that he is capable and that he is responsible to look after the business.”
Even if he may not be the brightest, he will work hard and try his best to get his father’s approval. But when his father shuns him, he feels crushed and denigrated.
Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) extends an invitation to her covert girlfriend Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) while Nish is away, but when Nish returns home sooner than intended, their plans run into trouble.
This quickly turns around, though, as Eve hears Nish making a shady transaction.

Suki receives the information from her, and the two of them plan to report him to the authorities before making their getaway to start a new life together.
Nish returns home from a meeting about the deal in a terrible anger, and it is then obvious that their strategy has failed.
He goes up to Vinny right away, convinced that it was he who lied to him and called the police.
Will Suki admit that she is the real offender in order to save her son, or will Vinny have to endure Nish’s wrath in its entirety?
