Things become tense in upcoming scenes of the BBC soap as Nish (Navin Chowdhry) chastises Vinny (Shiv Jalota) for botching a deal.
However, when Nish arrives home early from a business meeting, the situation becomes much more dramatic.
Nish sets up a shady deal without realising Suki (Balvinder Panesar) had invited her covert girlfriend Eve (Heather Peace) over while he was out.
Eve can hear all he says because she was able to swiftly hide in the cabinet under the stairs to prevent her and Suki’s relationship from being found out.
Suki is informed of Nish’s shady dealings by Eve, who tells her that they would use this information to bring an end to Nish once and for all.
According to official previews, Suki and Eve will soon be hatching a plan to flee after reporting Nish to the authorities.
Suki is eager to leave her husband Nish, but she finds it difficult to think about leaving her kid Vinny behind.
Suki finally chooses to carry out the plan and immediately contacts the police to report Nish after a touching conversation with her son that Vinny doesn’t recognise is actually a goodbye. However, things don’t turn out quite the way she and Eve had anticipated.
Suki is shocked when Nish returns home and says Vinny reported him, just as she is set to permanently leave Walford.
This conflict culminates in a dramatic “incident” at the family’s house.
Vinny’s on-screen counterpart, actor Shiv, has teased: “There’s an incident in the home, and Vinny isn’t sure what the truth is, so he has to make a choice.
“Is his dad really all that he seems to be? Is his mother in danger? Perhaps Vinny’s delusion that they are a happy family is untrue.
