Exclusive: Nicky Milligan of Emmerdale finally admitted on Tuesday night that he was the one who pushed his father over the forested ridge.
Fans of Emmerdale have been anxiously awaiting the revelation of who killed Caleb Milligan (Will Ash).
However, Caleb’s son Nicky (Lewis Cope), acknowledged it was him toward the end of Tuesday night’s episode.
Nicky sobbed inconsolably as Caleb lay in a hospital bed in a coma, regretting what he had done.
The police don’t have Nicky on their radar, though; they think Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is the real criminal.
Nicky sat by his father’s bedside as the police put Mackenzie under duress.

Will Nicky allow Mackenzie or someone else to be held accountable for what he did?
Nicky was heard telling his father, “I thought I killed you,” as Mack insisted on his innocence to the police.
Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), who had a number of run-ins with his half-brother, is another person who is being investigated.
In addition, Kim Tate (Claire King) has a motive for wanting Caleb permanently exiled.

The actor who plays Nicky spoke exclusively to maiil.online and other media outlets about his recent plotline and whether the nanny is able to let someone else bear the blame for his crime.
Lewis said, “The reason we [want to seek retribution] is so that we can take care of my mother.
“So Caleb just flat-out lied to me the entire time, and it wasn’t until then that I realized and learned that information.
I then follow him into the woods, thinking it was just an impulse decision. I believe that he is in a difficult situation because he feels betrayed and hurt. As a result, he suddenly makes a choice out of sheer rage.

“I think the instant he pushes him, he feels enormous regret but also a mix of relief,” he continued.
“It would be a little tragic if he passed away just because he’s felt like he’s been manipulating him for so long and obviously betrayed [him] but obviously he still loves his dad.
“And if they discovered it was him, he might go to jail, but if they didn’t discover Nicky either, I believe that would also be a relief.
If Nicky lets Mackenzie take the blame for him and if his father doesn’t make it, a double exodus from the village may be in the cards.
