The Emmerdale episode that aired on Thursday night featured a dramatic scene in which young Angel King was taken to the hospital after colliding with a car while traveling to the dentist.
On the most recent Emmerdale episode, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) and Angel King (Rebecca Bakes) were fighting as they were driving Angel to the dentist.
As Moira Barton (Natalie J. Robb) approached in her Land Rover at a junction, it was obvious that Nicola’s focus was not entirely on the road.
The women collided at the intersection, but despite the blow, neither was hurt.
However, young Angel’s mother became alarmed when she was discovered bleeding and unconscious in the back of Nicola’s vehicle.
As Moira was being urged to call for an ambulance to transport Angel to the hospital, Nicola yelled at her.
Fortunately, veterinarian Tom King (James Chase) arrived quickly and attempted to keep Angel warm while they awaited the paramedics.
Angel’s anxious parents were relieved when she later regained consciousness, but fans were left wondering what would happen to Moira after the crash.
On the ITV soap, Moira has been having financial difficulties and has been forced to sell some of her prized farmland.
She also has exorbitant veterinary expenses, and if she is found to be at fault for the collision, she may have to pay them.
Is there a chance that Nicola, who already has a long list of issues, could go to jail because she reported Moira to the police for speeding?
Twitter users who watch Emmerdale posted their theories. Pam exclaimed, “Oh no. In addition to having to pay the vet bill and a new land rover, Moira is already short on cash. #Emmerdale Nicola will also be taking her to court.
Uncle Buck further clarified: “Hasn’t Moira already had an accident in #Emmerdale where she ran someone over?”
Jamie stated: “Nicola backed up without giving it much thought. She will, however, play the victim as Moira endures more hell on “Emmerdale.”
Danni snarled, “Omg!” Nicola informed the authorities that Moira was clearly speeding. You backed up and failed to notice #Emmerdale’s approach.

“#Emmerdale is winding me up again,” raged Jay. The police can clearly see that Nicola left the intersection, but they still place the blame on Moira, who had the right-of-way. I sometimes want to slap the screenwriters for treating us like stupid children. (sic)
