Amy Walsh, who played Tracy Metcalfe in Emmerdale, is set to reprise her role in the community.
As she returns to the soap opera Emmerdale, Amy Walsh has paid tribute to her ITV co-star Roxy Shahidi, who plays Leyla Harding.
Amy recently started working at her job full-time and expressed her happiness at returning.
Amy told Express.co.uk and other media about her comeback, saying: “I mean Roxi and I had barely seen each other but we’ve kept in touch and we’re really close.
When we got back together, we immediately started doing yoga in the dressing room, going for a run during our lunch break, and talking nonstop. It was a nice moment.
“Oh my god, I feel like the old me again,” I exclaimed.
Tracy is seen by Cain Dingle (played by Jeff Hordley) and Moira Barton (Natalie J. Robb) wearing a wedding gown, according to ITV’s official spoilers.
When Moira and Cain learn that Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) is making his way to the town hall, they worry that he might do something foolish and argue for Frankie’s custody.
Cain and Moira think Nate is going to crash Tracy’s wedding after seeing her outside the Registry Office with a handsome man.
Before Nate can enter, the mechanic ends up taking him hostage and unconscious him in the process.
When Nate returns to the village in the van, he is horrified by what they have done.
When asked about her return storyline, Amy said, “They (Tracy and Nate) obviously had some contact but no one knew how much and no one will know how much.”
The soap star explained that she was wearing a wedding dress because she wanted to get married in Yorkshire when asked about her opening scenes.
She was spotted in a wedding dress at a nearby registry office with Frankie and a handsome young man by her side.
After having her child last year, Amy took a break from the ITV soap opera.
But in October, when Tracy went to Faith Dingle’s (Sally Dexter) funeral, her persona did make a comeback.
Despite the fact that Nate was seeing Naomi Walters (Karene Peters) at the time, Tracy ultimately had a one-night stand with him.
