Since moving to the village, Cain Dingle, a stalwart of Emmerdale, has had a tumultuous relationship with his half-brother Caleb Milligan.
In the ITV soap opera Emmerdale, actor Jeff Hordley, who plays mechanic Cain Dingle, has hinted at his future relationship with Caleb Milligan.
Cain recently turned away from Caleb after learning the truth about who the man was.
After attempting to steal all of her money and take over Home Farm, Caleb was exposed by Kim Tate (Claire King).
The culprit who attempted to destroy Moira Barton’s (Natalie J. Robb) and Cain’s farm was revealed to be the newcomer as well.
To make matters even worse, Caleb threatened to tell the police that his own son Nicky (Lewis Cope), not Cain, had pushed him to his death.

According to Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain Dingle, the brother’s relationship may ultimately change in upcoming scenes.
“I don’t know where it’s going to go, but I’m hoping that the two come together at some point in a positive way and they work together because that would be nice to see them work together,” Jeff teased in a recent interview.
“I believe there will probably always be conflict, but I do believe Caleb has the best of intentions. I believe he wants to help his brother and make friends with him, but he just keeps acting in the wrong ways,” the author said.
The soap star further explained to the Daily Mirror at the TRIC Award: “He was going to take the farm off Kim and then give them the money back – if he’d told them that in the first place, we might be in a different position now, but Cain’s not very trusting of him.”

The Cain Dingle actor beaming “Just amazing” in response to a question about how it has been like working on his most recent storylines.
He explained that they had attended school together, so he had known Will Ash for a long time.
Jeff continued, “I think the characters work, and it’s really given Cain and this Cain-Caleb thing some new life.”
In upcoming scenes and in the Caleb drama, Cain kidnaps Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), which gets him into trouble.
Moira and Cain set out to stop him in a hurry because they think he’s about to do something stupid and argue for Frankie’s custody.
The two now believe Nate is preparing to crash Tracy’s wedding after spotting her outside the Registry Office with a handsome man.
Before Nate enters the house, Cain takes decisive action and knocks him out while kidnapping him.
