Since beginning a passionate relationship recently, Wendy Posner and Liam Cavanagh from the ITV soap Emmerdale haven’t been able to keep their hands off one another.
In upcoming Emmerdale scenes, Susan Cookson’s Wendy Posner and Jonny McPherson’s Liam Cavanagh have sizzling chemistry in the cafe, and it appears that an unlikely villager will soon expose them.
Wendy tries to contain her excitement as she places her drink order while the doctor is working on his laptop.
Wendy, however, stops feeling envious after learning that Liam is a novelist from Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick).
Later, Lydia keeps recommending a narrative turn for his upcoming book to Liam.
Her story, however, is too personal for an arriving Wendy, who is jealous of Lydia for giving Liam writing advice. Wendy thus ends the celebration.
The next day, Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) gives Wendy a gift while Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles) and Bob struggle to keep their professional relationship intact despite their attraction to one another.
Wendy becomes preoccupied with Liam’s most recent writing as the three discuss B&B ideas later on during lunch.
Wendy is quick to take hold of any pages Liam inadvertently leaves behind so she can read them.
Liam is ecstatic. He’s happy to have Wendy back as his story editor now that she’s fallen for the bait.
He is soon taken aback, though, when she also expresses a desire to resume their relationship.
Isabel Hodgins’ character Victoria Sugden (who observes Bob and Bernice joking around) is suspicious that something is going on between them.
When Bernice overhears Bob pretending to be in love with Liam, she is furious and Victoria soon flees, leaving Bob in a panic.
Victoria soon knocks on Liam’s door to inform him that Bernice still has a major crush on him.
Things worsen when Wendy’s handbag is found on the couch and Liam’s disheveled appearance raise Victoria’s suspicions.
Wendy begs Victoria to keep the affair a secret after Victoria admits to knowing about it.
Will Victoria keep the information to herself or might she end up telling the community?
