Charlotte Jordan joined Coronation Street back in November 2020 and quickly established herself as a major character via the Cobbles, but the Daisy Midgeley actress has many other connections to fame.
More than two years ago, Charlotte Jordan, 27, began working on the ITV institution Coronation Street as shallow barmaid Daisy Midgeley.
What is Charlotte’s daily routine like behind the scenes? She has since been at the center of some of the soap opera’s biggest storylines.
Given her connections to one of the most well-known girl band members of all time, it appears the actress could have achieved fame in another way.
Charlotte joined a new pop band that Geri Halliwell, formerly Ginger Spice of the iconic Spice Girls of the 1990s, formed in 2012.
As Jenny Connor’s (Sally Ann Matthews’) stepdaughter, Daisy joined Corrie.
Although Daisy initially came across as a little self-absorbed, her character has evolved as a result of the love and tragedy she has experienced while walking on the cobbles.
But when the cameras aren’t rolling, Charlotte’s life appears to be very different from that of her soap opera alter ego.
Charlotte Jordan Evans, who performs under the name Charlotte, joined Gerri’s band in 2012.
She has previously discussed how she was discovered to join the band.
We spent a lot of time bonding, practicing choreography, and recording songs in the studio—sometimes cool songs, sometimes cheesy ones—because it was a development deal, she explained to Metro. The next thing Charlotte said was, “You just try to find your sound.”

The Surrey-born star made her television debut in an episode of The Bill in 2007, proving that she was destined for the entertainment business.
She went by the stage name Charlie Evans for the part and used that same name to play Serna in the Nickelodeon series Sumer in Transylvania.
After appearing in Angel of Decay in 2016, she began performing under the stage name Charlotte Jordan.
Charlotte later made appearances in the movies Causality, Free Rein on Netflix, and Tracks.

She didn’t get the part of Daisy on Coronation Street until a year later.
Her most recent and dramatic storyline recently aired when Daisy was the target of a vicious stalker who later attacked her horribly by throwing acid at her.
Ryan Conner (Ryan Prescott) took the blow for Daisy and has since been dealing with the consequences of his permanent injuries, leaving Daisy filled with remorse.
Charlotte, who plays the northerner but was born and raised in Chobham, Surrey, had to pick up the accent of the city.
Pictures of her having fun on outings and spending time with her dog, Olive, and her boyfriend, who actually made a brief appearance in Corrie while filming was prohibited during the COVID-19 pandemic, are all over her Instagram page.
Charlotte most recently shared a vacation photo from the Greek island of Kos. She is posing for the camera while wearing a summery top and a long pink skirt, with the caption “It’s me. The girl who won’t stop talking about her butterfly-shaped shoesies.
